Brennon Lemieux returned to Instagram for the first time since he and Alexa Lemieux announced their split in December 2025
“Being her dad is my favorite title,” he wrote alongside a pair of photos of himself with his and Alexa’s 18-month-old daughter, Vienna
The former couple met and got married on season 3 of Love Is Blind
Brennon Lemieux is embracing fatherhood amid his split from Alexa Lemieux.
Nearly four months after the reality TV couple, who met during season 3 of Love Is Blind and tied the knot on camera in July 2021, filed for divorce due to a “conflict of personalities,” Brennon returned to social media. He shared a photo of himself casually lounging in a suit, as well as two more snapshots of himself with the former couple's 18-month-old daughter, Vienna Ziva.
“Being her dad is my favorite title ❤️,” Brennon captioned the post, which featured a photo of the proud father holding his daughter’s hand in a parking lot and another selfie showing the duo posing in a kitchen.
Alexa and Brennon announced on Dec. 3 that they would be ending their marriage after four years.
“This choice was not made lightly, and it comes with a great deal of care, respect, and appreciation for the time we’ve shared,” Alexa wrote on Instagram at the time. “We entered this relationship with love and optimism, and we leave it with gratitude for the experiences that shaped us and the growth we each gained along the way. While our journey as a married couple is coming to an end, we remain supportive of one another, devoted to our daughter, and committed to navigating this transition with compassion.”
Their divorce filing, which was submitted nearly a month prior, stated that “the marriage has become unsupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between” Alexa and Brennon “that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”
While the filing further indicated that the former couple planned on coming to a written agreement regarding custody of Vienna, the pair put their differences aside to celebrate the holidays together as a family.
In a photo shared on Alexa’s Instagram on Dec. 25, Vienna could be seen surrounded by Christmas gifts as she sat on the floor looking through a picture book. In a second photo, the little girl sported a pair of holiday pajamas as she sat in her dad’s lap.

While Brennon has since shared a glimpse into the quality time he’s been spending with his daughter, Alexa reposted a few TikTok videos on Dec. 3 that hinted at losing her “spark” amid the divorce.

“If you’re reflecting on 2025 and you’re like, ‘This is the hardest f------- year, I don’t understand what this whole year was all about, I’m a completely different person at the end of this year than when the year began,' just know it’s because it’s the year of the snake," a woman explained in one of the videos.
In another one of Alexa’s reposts, a content creator encouraged people to find their spark again.
“Bring that spark back! You’re losing that little light that was in you," the person said. “Fake it till you make it [and] bring it back. Do something, find something that’s going to bring that spark back in you. You need it back [and] don’t let it die.”
Alexa also opened up about her decision to get a breast augmentation in January to “get back some confidence that I had lost over the last little bit of my life.”
"I'm so excited to enter this next phase of life feeling my most absolute confident self,” she shared in a Jan. 13 TikTok video. "I'm a huge advocate for, if you're wanting to get something done that you feel insecure about, to get it done."
